I've seen you smile but I've never really heard you laugh.

Roll up folks for the last of our comedy season tonight when we have not one, not two, not three, not five, but FOUR acts to tickle your funny bone. The first act starts at 8 sharp and frankly Mr Shankly I'd get there early if you want a pew. We also have a free album launch on Tuesday for JD Smith who fresh from supporting Wanda Jackson at The Luminaire at the weekend bring his caterwauling, high octane rock n roll show to The Good Ship. Our last freebie of the week is a big acoustic session on Sunday. In between there is loads more, it's a tip top week...

Monday

Furry Muff is Emma Pyne & Kerry Hudson. The pair met in a borstal a few years back when Emma was kicked out of the local convent for flashing her knickers at the nuns and Kerry was caught fingering her ring behind the bikesheds. Realising they both had a common interest in taking the piss a lasting friendship was forged.

Wednesday

Nothing. Come and put on Soft Cell, Pet Shop Boys and Rufus Wainwright on all night on the free jukebox.

Thursday

North P.O.L.E presents a night of alternative pop and electro punk bringing the New Cross vibe to Kilburn. Live music from Soul Destroyer + Winners + Kill Cartel. DJing after and until 2am with The Heartbreakers and Unemployable Welsh Scum.

£5 entry/£3 concessions.

Friday

The spectacularly formed Loud and Quiet Fanzine presents a night of outstanding new noise. Live music from Untitled Musical Project + Talk Taxis + The Duloks + Joseph and the Witch.

After Loud and Quiet DJs plus Sid Trotter and Judy Tuesday play a mix of electronica, leftfield beats and indie/dance crossover.

£6 entry/£5 advance.


Saturday

Peace In The City presents a rock and pop all-dayer. Doors at 5pm and 6 bands; The Bullitts + The Alibi + The Roseville Band + Tilt City Ghosts + 50ft woman + Jennifer Jane. After Maurice and Judy DJ from 1130 til 4am playing a mix of latest and classic indie, rock, Motown, ska, funk and disco.

£5 entry/£3 before 6pm.


Sunday

Earfood Live presents Acoustic Summer Sessions with Andrew Howell +The Turncoat + Shirryn Anvar + Madame Pepper + Fiona Bevan.
